A New Hollywood Blockbuster Movie?

A phantasmagorical feature-length film…

The Wayfarers fiction book trilogy: It’s a scintillating read that parallels end times events that are bearing down upon today’s world like a 110 coal hopper freight train being pulled by a lash-up of two Norfolk and Southern AC4400CW locomotives. If you are an unbelieving skeptic, the iron rails of this current world in 2012 are a most dangerous place for you to be a fence-sitter.

The path is narrow, but it's the only way - beautiful stairway that's part of a life-changing story

The path is narrow

A reading of The Wayfarers trilogy is likely to rip your insides up and take you on a twisting, turning roller coaster ride. You the reader could find that in one instance your heart will be gripped with anxiety and in the next instance it’ll be broken. Your eyes may secrete tears of laughter in one paragraph and then flood with tears of sadness in the paragraph that follows.

Blogs are literary time capsules, and at the time this Walk The Towpath installment is being written America is suffering rapid deterioration and the world is undergoing increased upheaval and tumult; the likes of which has never been seen. But, you will be glad that you still have this America of 2012 when you read The Wayfarers, because while it is merely a story – having fictionally taken place in 2009 and 2010 – it is a view of what is to come; and in that we could say that only by the grace of God it has not yet arrived.

The Wayfarers trilogy will take you on a journey that you may not be prepared for. Make sure you are dressed for the weather and that your shoes or sneakers are comfortable and in good repair. Whether you realize it or not, you will be carrying a backpack, so do some toe-touches to loosen those back muscles because the burden will be heavy.

As the author of this trilogy and likewise a songwriter, my desire is to release an album of songs to accompany the books – which are available in soft-cover, Kindle, Nook, and iBook at the Recommended Reading links to the right →. This idea has been in play for some time now, but many stumbling blocks have been put in the way of the recording of the music. Prayerfully, those obstacles are now gone.

Should Jesus tarry and the Dollar remains on life support, my ambition is to turn this book trilogy into a feature-length film. This story has all the elements of a gripping movie that will entertain, inspire, and potentially change lives. If they were interested, Stephen Baldwin and Kirk Cameron could certainly be cast into this project. But, the task is a daunting one: I need to raise the eight figures worth of backing and find an eager filmmaker!
